1.1 Depending on the availability of products in your order, we will endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 10 business days depending on your location.

1.2 We offer a free delivery service for orders over a nominated value and within a range of the store, which shall be applied at the time of receiving an order. We offer a delivery service every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please contact us for more details.

1.3 Unless we offer free delivery under clause 1.2, each order shall incur a delivery charge, which will vary depending on the nature, quantity and value of products in the order and may be subsequently billed.

1.4 In the event of a delivery being outside of a radius of 30km from the store which you have ordered, we reserve the right to apply a further delivery fee appropriate to the distance. In this event, the store will be in contact to discuss, and take further payment to cover any additional delivery cost.
